Support Services Technician | IS Department

Description of Responsibilities:
To Provide 1 st
and 2 nd
level Technical Support to all Giorgio Armani associates, including the use of MS Office 366, Retail Applications (POS), Wholesale Software and Telecommunications. They will also be capable of supporting Systems Administrators in Administering. Active Directory, Office 365 Email, Intune MDM Security. Support Services Technicians must be capable of working on their own initiative while setting and maintaining deadlines communicate well to all levels both written and verbally and maintain accurate records within the Zoho ManageEngine application.
Core Responsibilities:
Provide first and second level support for desktop laptops.
Provide first and second level support for virtual desktops
Provide first level networking support.
Configure, install and deploy desktop, virtual desktops, and laptop computers
Provide phone support to local and remote users
Support and administer Microsoft Office 365
Support and Administer Mobile Device Management System, iPhone & iPad
Provide 1st & 2nd level Macintosh hardware and OSX operating system support.
Provide 24X7 on call support on a scheduled basis.
Support desktop applications including: Microsoft Office365, Project, Visio and Sharepoint.
Provide level 1 support for enterprise application Desktop Clients/Web Clients including POS Systems, Verifone Pin Pads, SAP
Qualifications & Skills:
College degree preferred
1-3 years of experience in the field
Excellent communications skills both written and verbal
Knowledge of MS Office 366, Retail Applications (POS), Wholesale Software and/ Telecommunications preferred
The appointed candidate will be offered an hourly range within $30.00 per hour based on experience, plus the opportunity for a bonus, a comprehensive benefits package including: medical, dental, vision, short and long-term disability, various paid time off programs, employee discount/perks and retirement plans with employer contributions. This position is located at our Giorgio Armani Corporate Office in NYC and offers the opportunity for a hybrid on-site schedule.
