Job Title: Retirement Service Representative
Location: Columbus, OH
Duration: 6-Month Contract
Pay Rate: $22/hr
Job Description:
Provide specialized phone support to financial advisors and branch staff on IRA and retirement accounts. Resolve complex inquiries regarding contributions, distributions, tax rules, and retirement products using internal systems and resources.
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary phone contact for retirement services inquiries.
Diagnose and resolve issues, escalating when necessary.
Route processing requests to appropriate teams and manage case follow-up.
Utilize internal tools and resources to provide accurate, timely information.
Required Skills:
2+ years of financial industry experience or a Bachelor's degree.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to multi-task, learn quickly, and maintain positive client relationships.
Series 7 license is a plus.
