Required Skills:
  • Proven experience in Cath Lab procedures and technologist duties
  • Strong understanding of cardiac anatomy, radiology, and vascular procedures
  • Proficiency in operating Cath Lab imaging equipment and related technology
  • Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and adapt to diverse clinical situations
  • Strong communication and teamwork abilities
  • Current state-specific licensure and certifications (e.g., CRT, RCIS or equivalent)

Nice to Have Skills:
  • Experience with pediatric or complex cardiac cases
  • Knowledge of eCR or other electronic medical record systems
  • Additional certifications in advanced cardiovascular procedures
  • Bilingual abilities to serve diverse patient populations

Preferred Education and Experience:
  • Associate's Degree or higher in Radiologic Technology, Cardiovascular Technology, or a related field
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a Cath Lab setting preferred
  • Prior experience floating between units and working in dynamic hospital environments

Other Requirements:
  • Must hold valid professional licensure and certifications
  • Ability to commute to Norman, OK, and work full-time days
  • Willingness to comply with hospital policies, safety protocols, and infection control standards
  • Additional reimbursements for travel, licensure, and certification costs available when applicable
