What Youll Need to Succeed:
- Current certification and licensure as a Radiological Technologist (ARRT licensed and registered)
- Proven experience in performing routine and specialized X-Ray procedures
- Strong knowledge of radiation safety protocols and ALARA standards
- Ability to adjust technical factors and scanning protocols based on patient age and needs
- Excellent communication skills, demonstrating courteous and respectful interactions with patients and colleagues
- Competence in administering oral and IV contrast, as well as assisting physicians during procedures
- Proficient in completing accurate documentation and maintaining supplies and equipment
Nice to Have Skills:
- Experience with advanced imaging modalities or emergency procedures
- Familiarity with hospital electronic medical records (EMR) systems
- Additional certifications in related imaging or patient care areas
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Radiologic Technology degree from an accredited program
- Prior experience in a healthcare setting, ideally within a hospital environment
Other Requirements:
- Availability for afternoon shifts starting May 25, 2026
- Willingness to adhere to all hospital policies, safety standards, and professional guidelines
- Certifications in CPR or BLS are a plus
- Travel or licensure reimbursement, if applicable
