Job Requirements

Education Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Certifications Requirements:

• Valid Iowa CNA license.
• BLS certification.
• Ability to obtain additional state-specific certifications if required.

Experience Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in Long Term Care (LTC) or Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF).
• Proven professionalism and responsibility.
• Strong LTC/SNF patient care background.

Other Requirements:

• Ability to work night shifts.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Flexibility to transition into full-time employment after 13 weeks if selected.
