Job Requirements

Education Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; additional healthcare-related coursework preferred

Certifications Requirements:

  • IA CNA license
  • BLS certification
  • CPR certification

Experience Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years of LTC/SNF experience
  • Proven professionalism and responsibility in healthcare settings
  • Strong knowledge of long-term care procedures

Other Requirements:

  • Ability to work overnight shifts

  • Provide compassionate bedside care to residents, assisting with activities of daily living
  • Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure quality resident care and safety
