• Position: Temperature Controls Installation Helper
• Location: Indianapolis, IN and surrounding areas
• Job Type: Full-Time
• Pay Rate: Starting at $18.00 per hour (based on experience)

Key Responsibilities

• Assist lead technicians with installing control panels, thermostats, and sensors.
• Run, pull, and secure low-voltage control wire and conduit.
• Mount electronic and mechanical components using hand and power tools.
• Clean up work areas and organize tools and materials on the job site.
• Follow all company, jobsite and OSHA safety rules.

Job Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Basic understanding of hand and power tools.
• Ability to read a tape measure and follow basic technical drawings.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand or climb ladders for long periods.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
