Kforce has a client in Saint Louis, MO that is seeking a Template Developer. Summary: In this role, the Template Developer will help build, update, and manage customer-facing communications for legacy customers as they begin interacting with our client's mobile products and services. Work will include HTML email templates, SMS communications, RCS messaging, order confirmations, onboarding communications, and service transition messaging. This is a fast-paced project where requirements may change quickly. The ideal person is technically strong, detail-oriented, and comfortable helping business teams clarify what is needed so customer communications can go out accurately and on time. What You'll Do:
  • Build and modify HTML email templates
  • Support SMS and RCS customer communication templates
  • Update existing templates for onboarding and transition scenarios
  • Create dynamic messaging based on customer status, services, added lines, and migration stage
  • Work with business stakeholders to clarify incomplete or changing requirements
  • Support customer communications related to order confirmations, account changes, and service transitions
  • Help ensure communications are accurate, brand-aware, and delivered on schedule
  • Use modern development tools and remain open to AI-assisted workflows

Requirements:

  • Strong HTML development experience
  • Experience building customer-facing email templates
  • JavaScript experience
  • JSON experience
  • Handlebars or similar templating experience
  • SMS template or mobile messaging experience
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills
  • Comfortable asking questions, escalating blockers, and driving clarity
  • Willingness to work onsite
Nice to Have:
  • Amazon Pinpoint experience
  • VS Code experience
  • Figma familiarity
  • Sketch or Adobe Suite experience
  • Experience with telecom, wireless, billing, onboarding, or customer migration communications
  • Experience with AI-assisted development tools

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
