Job Title: Accounts Payable Clerk
Location: Redlands, CA
Schedule: Full-Time, Temporary
Pay Range: $21 - $25/HR

Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Payable Clerk to join our team in Redlands on a temporary basis. This position will focus on high-volume invoice processing, data entry, three-way matching, and general AP administrative tasks. The ideal candidate is accurate, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, process-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process high-volume vendor invoices and perform accurate data entry in SAP.

• Perform three-way matching of invoices, purchase orders, and goods receipts.

• Identify invoice discrepancies and route issues for resolution.

• Review invoices for accuracy, required documentation, and approvals.

• Monitor invoice queues, outstanding items, and processing backlogs.

• Maintain organized electronic records and supporting documentation.

• Assist with vendor inquiries and invoice status research.

• Perform other routine Accounts Payable administrative duties as needed.

Qualifications:

• 1+ year of Accounts Payable, accounting clerical, or related administrative experience preferred.

• Experience with invoice processing and three-way matching preferred.

• ERP experience required/preferred; SAP experience is a plus.

• Strong data-entry accuracy and attention to detail.

• Excellent organizational and follow-up skills.

• Comfortable working in a high-volume environment.

• Basic to intermediate Microsoft Excel skills.
