Performing detailed general ledger reconciliations, resolving balance sheet discrepancies, and working in multi-entity accounting environments makes me well-equipped to make an immediate impact in this temporary reconciliation and cleanup role.
With hands-on Sage Intacct expertise, a strong focus on accuracy, and a commitment to producing audit-ready financial records, ensuring accounts are complete, accurate, and ready for month-end close and audit.

What your future day will look like:

Perform detailed general ledger reconciliations by reviewing balance sheet accounts, investigating variances, and ensuring all account balances are accurate, supported, and audit-ready.
Utilize Sage Intacct and Excel to analyze financial data, review journal entries, reconcile multi-entity accounts, and identify historical discrepancies requiring cleanup.
Research and resolve accounting issues by preparing corrective journal entries, clearing reconciling items, and collaborating with AP, AR, and finance teams to resolve outstanding balances.
Maintain organized reconciliation workpapers, track outstanding items, and ensure all documentation meets audit and SOX compliance standards while supporting month-end close activities.
Drive accounting accuracy by reducing aged and unreconciled balances, delivering timely account reconciliations, and providing finance leadership with clean, reliable financial records.

To be a champion in this role, you will need:

3+ years of accounting experience with a strong focus on general ledger reconciliations
Hands-on experience with Sage Intacct (required)
Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, reconciliations, data analysis)
