Position Overview:

Ultimate Staffing Services is actively seeking a Temporary Accounting Clerk for an immediate hire opportunity in Pasadena, CA. This role is perfect for someone with a strong background in accounting who is looking to work in a professional environment. The position requires advanced Excel skills, including proficiency in Pivot Tables and Vlookups, and experience in accounts payable and receivable. This is a temporary, full-time role with an ongoing commitment, offering a competitive hourly wage.

Responsibilities:

• Serve as a Temporary Excel Accounting Office Clerk, managing essential accounting tasks.
• Utilize advanced Excel skills, including Pivot Tables and Vlookups, to perform financial analysis and reporting.
• Handle accounts payable and receivable functions accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain a high level of professionalism in a dynamic office environment.
• Assist with various accounting projects as needed to support the team.
• Ensure timely and accurate processing of financial documents.

Requirements:

• Proven financial experience with accounts payable and receivable.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel, including Pivot Tables and Vlookups (assessment required).
• Ability to work full-time, Monday through Friday, from 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM.
• Commitment to an ongoing temporary role with the potential for long-term placement.

Work Hours:

Monday - Friday, 7:30 AM - 4:30 PM

Salary:

$22 - $24 per hour
