Temporary Bilingual Human Resources Generalist - Oceanside, CA

LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a Temporary Bilingual Human Resources Generalist to provide maternity leave coverage for a growing organization in Oceanside, CA. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced HR professional who enjoys supporting employees and managing a variety of day-to-day human resources functions. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working independently, handling confidential information, and partnering with employees and leadership in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day HR operations, including employee relations, onboarding, offboarding, and personnel documentation

• Support recruiting activities, including interview coordination, background checks, and new-hire processes

• Assist with benefits administration, leave of absence coordination, and employee inquiries.

• Maintain accurate employee records and HRIS data

• Provide guidance to employees and managers regarding HR policies, procedures, and workplace practices

• Assist with payroll coordination, attendance tracking, and employee status changes

• Prepare HR reports and support compliance-related documentation

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of Human Resources experience

• Bilingual in English and Spanish, both written and verbal

• Knowledge of HR practices, employment policies, and compliance requirements

• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills

• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive employee matters professionally

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and HRIS systems preferred

• ADP Software system is highly preferred

Assignment Details:

• Contract role, covering a maternity leave

• Onsite

• Located in Oceanside

• Compensation: $27.00-$32.00 per hour DOE

• Monday- Friday 7:00am-4:00pm PST
