Temporary Transportation Billing Specialist - City of Industry, CA - Quinn CAT

We are seeking a temporary employee to support our Transportation Department at our City of Industry location. We are looking to start someone ASAP.

Responsibilities

Pay: $19-$22 per hour, based on experienceSchedule: Monday-Friday, starting at 7:30 or 8:00 AMAssignment Length: Approximately 1-3 monthsImmediate Start Available

We are seeking a detail-oriented Transportation Billing Specialist to provide temporary administrative and billing support to our Transportation team. This opportunity is ideal for someone with experience in billing, invoicing, financial reconciliation, and Microsoft Excel who can quickly identify discrepancies and help keep financial records accurate.

What You'll Do

• Process transportation invoices and assist with billing
• Support the cleanup of outside-freight billing records
• Research and resolve accrual-versus-actual charge discrepancies
• Review financial records and invoices for accuracy
• Contact vendors to obtain missing information and resolve billing issues
• Enter and maintain accurate information in company systems
• Provide general administrative support to the Transportation team

What We're Looking For

• Previous experience with billing, invoicing, or financial reconciliation
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to research and resolve billing discrepancies
• Clear and professional communication skills
• Strong organizational and data-entry skills
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
