A Day in the Life of a Business Operations Administrator is fast-paced, collaborative, and impactful. You'll partner with operations teams to streamline processes, maintain clear communication across business units, and ensure day-to-day operations run smoothly. From coordinating with the finance team to managing the lifecycle of claims and jobs-from initiation to closure-you'll play a key role in keeping the organization organized and efficient.
Your day will also involve hands-on tasks like submitting vendor invoices, entering purchase orders into systems such as BOLT and CLAIMTRAK, and participating in production meetings to provide updates on jobs and budgets.
