Overview:
We are currently seeking a Centralized Processing Specialist II

Responsibilities:
As a valuable East West Bank team member, your duties (not limited to) will include:
- Performing GL balancing/reconciling
- Process Return Items, Non-Post and Exception Transactions, Foreign Items, ATM Balancing, Adjustments
- Handle customer’s inquiries clearly via phone and email
- Conduct research and administer the creation, reproduction, and use of bank records accurately and timely
- Operate with minimal supervision and may need to exercise independent judgment in completing assignments
Qualifications:
- Banking Back Office Operations experience within a banking institution required
- FIS IBS Insight systems experience is a plus
- Collaboration/People skills
- Integrity/Dutifulness
- Available to work overtime as needed
- Must be detail oriented with strong organizational skills
- Must have excellent customer service and communication skills
- Must be able to adapt and work in a fast paced environment with sensitive deadlines and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel programs

Compensation:
