DescriptionParallel Employment is seeking a Temporary Collections and Accounts Receivable Specialist to cover for approximately a 3–6-month period. This role focuses on managing overdue accounts, communicating with customers regarding outstanding invoices, and ensuring timely collection of payments. The position will support month-end closing activities and maintain accurate records of receivables.1st shift: either 7:30-4 or 8-4:30; hybrid.Job location: Racine, WIJob type: temporary; 3-6 monthsSalary: $28/$29 depending on the experienceKey Responsibilities:Manage and monitor accounts receivable aging reportsContact customers to collect overdue payments professionally and efficientlyRecord and reconcile payments receivedResolve billing discrepancies and disputes in coordination with customer service and sales teamsPrepare periodic reports on collection status and outstanding balancesAssist with month-end close activities related to accounts receivableMaintain accurate and organized accounts receivable documentationRequirementsHigh school diploma or equivalent; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance preferred2+ years of experience in collections and accounts receivableStrong communication and negotiation skillsProficient in Microsoft Office, particularly ExcelExperience with accounting software and ERP systems preferredAbility to work independently and manage time effectivelyDetail-oriented with strong organizational skillsBenefitsWe are an equal opportunity employer#J-18808-Ljbffr
