Ultimate Staffing is Hiring: Customer Service Representative

Location: Sacramento, CA
Schedule: Monday-Friday
Employment Type: Temporary (2-4 months)

Pay Range: $20 - $24/hr

Ultimate Staffing is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Customer Service Representative for a well-established environmental services organization in Sacramento. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping customers, managing multiple priorities, and working in a fast-paced team environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle a high volume of inbound customer calls and inquiries
• Schedule and dispatch container deliveries, exchanges, and removals
• Maintain accurate customer records and update account information
• Process credit card payments and perform data entry/reporting
• Dispatch drivers via radio and assist with route scheduling
• Email and mail service information to customers
• Support reporting, billing, routing, and other administrative tasks as needed

Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 year of customer service experience
• Strong computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Word and Outlook
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and time-management skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to sit for extended periods while working on a computer
• Ability to lift up to 15 lbs.
