Temporary Data Entry Clerk (Start ASAP)

Inver Grove Heights, MN (100% Onsite)

$23-$25/hour DOE

Monday-Friday | 8:00 AM-4:30 PM

Temporary Assignment (Approx. 2 Months+) with potential for extension

I'm partnering with a well-established Twin Cities manufacturer that is seeking a detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk to assist with a large-scale system conversion project.

In this role, you'll be responsible for:

* Transferring data between legacy and new business systems

* Reviewing and validating records for accuracy and completeness

* Identifying and correcting discrepancies during data migration

* Maintaining a high level of accuracy while processing large volumes of information

* Supporting additional administrative projects as needed

What we're looking for:

* Strong computer skills and the ability to learn new software quickly

* Excellent attention to detail

* High school diploma or equivalent required; degree preferred

* 1+ year of office, administrative, or data entry experience preferred

* Ability to thrive in a professional office environment
