Temporary Dental Front Office

Are you a dynamic professional looking for a short-term adventure in dental care at Pineview Aesthetic & Family Dentistry in Bellevue, Washington? Join our team as a Temporary Front Office Coordinator and make a meaningful impact during a critical coverage period!

We are looking for a front office coordinator to start immediately and work though December 31, 2026. 

Pay range: $25-30/hour.

Schedule:

• Monday: 7:00am-4:30pm
• Tuesday: 7:00am-4:30pm 
• Wednesday: 7:00am-4:30pm 
• Thursday: 7:00am-4:30pm 

As our Front Office Coordinator, you will:

• Meet and greet our patients as our number one priority.

• Craft efficient and organized patient scheduling that keeps our practice running smoothly during a critical coverage period.

• Manage patient documents and records.

• Engage and foster patients through a positive experience.

Required Qualifications: 

• Desire to help patients.  
• At least 1 year of Dentrix in a dental office.  
• High school diploma or GED.

Preferred Qualifications: 

• Knowledge of Dental operations.
• Technical expertise in dental insurance benefits .
