As the first point of contact for visitors, you'll be the spark that sets the tone for amazing patient experiences while supporting our practice, providers, and Tampa community-all while earning $25 per hour.

Schedule (includes an hour for lunch Monday -Thursday):

Monday: 7:45am - 5pm

Tuesday: 7:45am - 5pm

Wednesday: 7:45am - 5pm

Thursday: 7:45am - 5pm

Friday: 7:45am - 2:00pm

Responsibilities

As our Front Office Coordinator, you will:

• Be the warm welcome our patients love-make every greeting count and set the positive tone for their visit.

• Master our scheduling system to keep operations running smoothly and patients delighted.

• Manage patient documents and records.

• Build genuine connections and guide patients toward feeling confident and cared for throughout their journey.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

• Demonstrated experience to meet and exceed goals.
• 1+ year of experience working with patients.
• High school diploma or GED.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Dental front office experience.
• Knowledge of Dental operations.
• Technical expertise in dental insurance benefits .
• Experience with Dental Software such as Dentrix, Eaglesoft dental software, Curve or MacPractice.
