As a Document Scanning & Records Assistant, you'll support a short-term project that involves digitizing client files and organizing electronic records. You'll work closely with the project manager to ensure accurate and efficient handling of sensitive documents, helping to streamline the organization process and improve record accessibility.


What You'll Do
As a Document Scanning & Records Assistant, you will be responsible for:
  • Scanning current and archived client files into electronic formats
  • Uploading and systematically organizing scanned documents within SharePoint
  • Creating and maintaining organized client folders and subfolders
  • Verifying scanned documents for accuracy, completeness, and clarity
  • Maintaining strict confidentiality of all sensitive client information
  • Following established document management procedures to ensure consistency and accuracy
  • Performing related administrative tasks as needed to support the project

What You'll Bring
The ideal candidate for this role will have:
  • Previous experience in administrative, records management, or clerical roles
  • Strong computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel
  • Experience using SharePoint is highly preferred
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to handle confidential information professionally and discreetly
  • Ability to work independently and focus on repetitive tasks with accuracy
