Temporary Documentation Specialist QEHSFS Systems & Standards

Pay: $30-35/hr
Duration: 6-8 weeks with the potential to extend 
Location: Essex Junction, VT

Job Summary:
The Temporary Documentation Specialist (Temp DS) will provide support to the KDP QEHSFS (Quality Environmental Health Safety & Food Safety Systems & Standards) team, specifically the review, revision and modification of QEHSFS documentation as directed by the QEHSFS leadership to support the duplication, modification, separation and where needed, creation of all associated QEHSFS documents, especially those related to the Quality Management System and related repositories (MS SharePoint, Teams, etc.), The projected timeframe for this temporary technical support is 6-8 weeks from hire date.

Key Responsibilities & Duties:

  • Documentation Modification & Management: This role will be directed to review and modify as necessary QEHSFS documentation and submit for approval and eventual electronic storage for use within the KDP Supply Chain organization. Specific duties will include documentation review, revision, modification, submittal, final completion and storage in proscribed platforms (MS Teams, SharePoint, ETQ)
  • QEHSFS Compliance: This role will be expected to adhere to all KDP policies and QEHSFS Policies and potentially participate in any internal/external audit activities to include compliance audits with third parties as required.

Qualifications:

  • Associates or Bachelor's degree with emphasis on technical writing/documentation management.
  • Document control experience in a Client manufacturing environment, preferably in the food & beverage industry
  • Highly organized and detail oriented
  • Able to work independently with minimal direction but also collaboratively and cross functionally
  • Experience using Microsoft Office Suite and SharePoint for document editing and file management. ETQ experience a plus.
