About the Role
We're seeking a polished Executive Assistant to support the Vice President of Marketing and leadership team. This is a high-visibility, hands-on role ideal for someone organized, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced corporate environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage executive calendars and communications (Outlook, Teams).
- Prepare presentations, reports, and weekly executive PowerPoint decks.
- Coordinate travel, meetings, and expense reports for VP of Marketing.
- Review monthly marketing travel expense reports for accuracy.
- Support marketing team meetings, events, auto shows, and vehicle events.
- Distribute monthly communications to regional teams and retailers.
- Organize department files, materials, and mail distribution.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- 2-5 years administrative experience; 2+ years supporting an executive preferred.
- Marketing or communications experience a plus.
- Strong organization, communication, and Microsoft Office skills.
