We are seeking dependable and motivated individuals for temporary field rouging positions. Employees will travel to different assigned field locations each day to assist with crop rouging and field inspection tasks. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working outdoors, paying close attention to detail, and adapting to changing field conditions. Responsibilities
Travel daily to assigned agricultural field locations
Identify and remove off-type plants or unwanted growth during rouging activities
Follow instructions and field safety guidelines
Maintain accuracy and attention to detail while working
Work efficiently in a team environment and independently when needed
Requirements
Flexible and dependable
Strong attention to detail
Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions
Ability to walk and stand for extended periods
Reliable transportation preferred
No experience necessary training provided
