Location: Los Angeles Position: Full-Time, Temporary (Potential for Permanent Hire) Compensation: $16.90 per hour About this role The Floor Helper supports daily manufacturing operations by assisting with production tasks, keeping workflow moving, and helping ensure efficient, on-time production in a fast-paced environment. What you will do - Aide in filling general Production needs on factory floor where necessary including:
- Assembly
- Trimming/QC
- Glove turning
- Labeling
- Boxing and Shipping/Receiving
- Leather cutting
- Keep Work in Process (WIP) moving, and keeping staff functioning without delay between work bundles
- Confer with lead on needs daily, as a group or individually to assess workload, understand issues, and monitor processes
- Report findings, needs, and oversights to Sewing Lead.
- Coordinate daily with manufacturing planning team to ensure adherence to output plan
