PT Floral Merchandiser – Urgently hiring in Portland!

Job Title: PT Floral Merchandiser
Pay: $18.00/hour
Hours: 15-20 hours/week (Monday through Saturday, seasonal increase during holidays. Wednesdays off)

• Mondays & Thursdays: Approximately 3-hour shifts starting around 7:00 AM
• Tuesdays & Fridays: Approximately 4-hour shifts starting around 7:00 AM
• Saturday or Sunday: Approximately 2-hour shift

As a Floral Merchandiser, you'll be responsible for creating eye-catching floral displays, maintaining fresh arrangements, and ensuring the floral department is clean, organized, and inviting. You’ll work closely with store teams and leadership to deliver results that brighten customers' visits.

What You’ll Do
As a Floral Merchandiser, you will be responsible for:

• Merchandising and maintaining fresh floral displays
• Watering, cleaning, and caring for floral products
• Receiving, organizing, and managing floral inventory
• Following planograms and completing light paperwork
• Lifting, bending, standing, walking, and reaching with floral products (up to 40 lbs.)
• Creating attractive floral presentations to enhance store appearance

Location & Schedule:
This is an on-site position in Portland, ME, with typical shifts scheduled Monday through Saturday. Work hours start around 7:00 AM, with some variation based on store delivery schedules. Expect increased hours during peak floral holidays like Valentine’s Day, Easter, Mother’s Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas, with up to 30 hours per week during these times.
