Fork Truck Operator – Warehouse & Shipping | Gorham, ME
Pay: $21/hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM
Start: ASAP
Assignment Length: Temporary, expected through approximately February
Location: Gorham, ME

Position Overview

We are currently seeking a dependable and experienced Fork Truck Operator to support our Warehouse and Shipping team. This is a temporary opportunity offering a consistent Monday–Friday schedule and is expected to continue through approximately February.


What You’ll Do

• 
  Operate a forklift/fork truck safely and efficiently throughout the warehouse
  
• 
  Assist with warehouse and shipping operations
  
• 
  Move, load, and organize materials and products as needed
  
• 
  Support the shipping team with daily warehouse activities
  
• 
  Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines
  
• 
  Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
  
• 
  Perform other general warehouse duties as needed
  

What We’re Looking For

• 
  Previous forklift/fork truck experience preferred
  
• 
  Ability to safely operate warehouse equipment
  
• 
  Reliable and dependable attendance
  
• 
  Ability to follow directions and work independently
  
• 
  Strong attention to safety and detail
  
• 
  Positive attitude and willingness to support the warehouse team
  

Physical Requirements

• 
  Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
  
• 
  Ability to lift and move materials as needed
  
• 
  Ability to safely operate a forklift in a warehouse environment
  
• 
  Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse setting
