Temporary Fulfillment Opportunity – Urgently hiring in Sanford!
Job Title: Fulfillment Associate
Pay: $19.00 per hour
Hours: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–3:30 PM
Start Date: ASAP

Looking for steady full-time work in a clean warehouse environment where every day is a little different? Join a fast-growing fulfillment and packaging operation supporting multiple customer products—ranging from medical components and testing kits to retail kits and custom packaged orders. This is a great role for someone who enjoys hands-on work, variety, and staying busy.

What You’ll Do
As a Fulfillment Associate, you will be responsible for

• Kitting & assembly: build kits by following step-by-step instructions and verifying components
• Repackaging & labeling: apply labels, seal product, count parts, and ensure accuracy
• Pick / pack / ship support: pack finished goods, stage cartons, and prepare orders for shipment
• Quality checks: confirm correct quantities, lot numbers (when applicable), and packaging requirements
• General warehouse support: help with light cleaning/organization and moving between workstations as priorities change
• Use basic hand tools as needed (example: screwdriver/screw gun, wrench, etc.) and lift up to 40 lbs

What You’ll Bring
The ideal candidate for this role will have

• Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic (dependability is essential)
• Comfortable switching tasks throughout the day and working on “whatever the order requires”
• Ability to stand for most of the shift and work with small parts/components
• Attention to detail (counting, matching parts, following instructions)
• Prior warehouse/assembly/fulfillment experience is helpful, but not required
