Occupational Health Paramedic Location: Berwick, PA Temporary Full Time Mon-Fri. 7AM-5:30PM

We are seeking an experienced Paramedic to provide on-site occupational health services at an active construction site in Berwick, PA. This position allows you to move beyond emergency-only care and focus on proactive injury prevention, workforce health, and site safety support.

What This Role Is As an on-site Occupational Health Technician, you will:

Triage and treat occupational and non-occupational injuries Provide follow-up care per evidence-based medical protocols Document all encounters in EMR and maintain OSHA compliance Conduct pre-employment screenings, drug tests, and occupational health checks Collaborate with safety teams and project leadership to maintain a safe workplace Support workers' compensation and risk management processes

This is not a traditional ambulance role. You will build relationships with crews, operate with autonomy, and play a critical role in keeping the project moving safely.

Qualifications

Current ACLS certification required OSHA-30 Certification (must be completed within 90 days; company-provided) Current state Paramedic licensure Minimum 2 years Paramedic experience Emergency, occupational, or industrial safety experience preferred Strong communication, multitasking, and independent work skills Valid driver's license if driving is required
