Start your new career as an Advanced Machine Operator with MAU in Beech Island, SC. As an Advanced Machine Operator, you will support high-speed manufacturing operations by safely operating automated production equipment, troubleshooting mechanical issues, and maintaining production efficiency in a fast-paced industrial environment. This is a 4-month assignment with potential for extension.

What We're Looking For:

• 3+ years of manufacturing experience
• 1+ years of experience in packaging, warehousing, industrial, or distribution environments
• Mechanical aptitude with troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Basic computer knowledge and strong math skills
• Experience working in a GMP environment for consumer goods preferred
• Ability to work 12-hour rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, holidays, and overtime
• Ability to work in high-temperature and industrial noise environments
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and climb stairs, ladders, and ramps
• Trade school certification or college degree preferred
• Commitment to workplace safety and proper PPE usage

What You'll Do as an Advanced Machine Operator:

• Safely operate automated high-speed manufacturing and packaging equipment
• Perform general warehouse and material handling tasks
• Troubleshoot equipment issues and perform basic mechanical adjustments or repairs
• Maintain accurate production, quality, and waste documentation
• Communicate effectively with team members, leaders, vendors, and contractors
• Follow safety policies and procedures while maintaining operational efficiency
• Use hand tools and computer systems to support production activities
