Temporary Groundkeeper Full Time Day Shift

Essential Job Duties:

1.    Executes landscaping projects.

2.    Inspects and performs repairs to equipment.

3.    Provides daily safety reports to Director of Facility Operations.

4.    Adheres to safety rules and is alert to safety hazards. Assures work areas are left in a clean, orderly, and safe condition.

5.    Attends in-service training and education sessions, as assigned; completes Relias training on time every month.

6.    Familiarity with emergency procedures and may be required to assist with evacuations.

7.    Police grounds for debris and garbage.

Other Duties:

1. Must possess and exhibit a cheerful disposition with all residents and staff and have a genuine interest in geriatric care and uphold the philosophy of the community.
2. Operates as a member of a team both within a department and across departments.
3. Performs other duties as assigned.
