The Temporary Group Fitness Instructor will lead group fitness classes for the University community. Class formats include but are not limited to TRX® Barre Pound Boot Camp Kickboxing conditioning workouts dance fusion classes abdominal & lower back strength training HIIT training Zumba® hip-hop Spinning® TRX® Pilates and yoga. Assist with maintenance of equipment. Enforce facility and program policies.
Education and Experience
Previous group fitness teaching experience. Knowledge of strength training and cardiovascular exercise. National fitness certification NSCA ACSM ACE AFAA NASM or equivalent Adult CPR AED or acquired within 30 days of hire.
Skills and Knowledge
Ability to conduct safe and effective classes. Good communication skills.
