Temporary Human Resources Administrative Assistant Quincy, MA
Temporary, full-time position (June 2026 - August 2026) working directly for Anodyne organization. Work schedule is Monday through Friday from 8:30am-5:00pm located in our Quincy office.
Job Summary: Primarily responsible for supporting the Human Resources Department by screening and interviewing applicants and providing administrative support for the department.
Responsibilities include: • Working in conjunction with the HR team to screen, interview and hire candidates. • Responding to routine employee and candidate inquiries via telephone, email, and text. Directing more complex issues to appropriate team members. • Oversee all walk-in candidate inquiries at the Quincy office. • Orients and assists new and existing employees by answering questions, providing information and direction. • Processing and maintaining human resources records and employee files. • Providing administrative support to the human resources department. • Assist the Human Resources Team to accomplish department and company objectives.
Qualifications and Experience: • Minimum one-year human resources experience; interview experience preferred • Excellent customer service skills • Strong organization skills • Excellent communication skills • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
