LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a detail-oriented Temporary Human Resources Coordinator to support our client's HR team in Rancho Bernardo for a 2-3 month contract assignment. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys supporting a variety of HR functions.

The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of administrative or HR support experience, strong organizational skills, and excellent communication abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience working with HR systems is preferred. A high level of confidentiality and attention to detail is essential.

This is a fully onsite role in Rancho Bernardo, offering an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience within a collaborative People Operations team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the People Operations/HR team with day-to-day administrative tasks during a 2-3 month contract assignment
  • Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes, including new hire paperwork and system entry
  • Maintain and update employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality
  • Perform data entry and audits within the HRIS system
  • Coordinate interviews, schedule meetings, and assist with calendar management
  • Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and general support
  • Assist with reporting, file management, and document organization
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
  • Collaborate with internal teams to support HR initiatives and projects
  • Provide general administrative support to the People Operations team as needed
Qualifications:
  • 1-3 years of administrative or HR support experience preferred
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Experience with HRIS systems is a plus
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with a high level of confidentiality
Position Details:
  • Onsite work schedule
  • Compensation: $25.00-$31.00 per hour DOE
  • Located in Rancho Bernardo, San Diego
  • 2-3 month contract role
  • Full-time, Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm PST
