Montlack Management is a family-owned property management company that has been operating for over 80 years. We pride ourselves on providing attentive, reliable service while maintaining strong relationships with our residents and communities.

We are seeking a reliable and self-motivated Temporary Leasing Agent to assist with our residential properties in Cleveland Heights and Shaker Heights. This is a short-term, part-time role with approximately 25-30 hours available.

What can we offer YOU:

• PAY: $18-$23 per hour
• Mileage Reimbursement ($50 per month)
• Phone Reimbursement

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to retain information and learn quickly
• Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable personal vehicle
• Ability to travel between properties in Shaker Heights and Cleveland Heights
• Must have a working cell phone

Responsibilities:

• Conduct property showings for prospective tenants
• Perform move-in and move-out walkthroughs
• Work independently after initial training
• Communicate effectively with administrative team
• Represent properties professionally to prospective renters
