Responsibilities

Support Loss Prevention corporate and field staff with research and investigations, utilizing Agilence, Alarm Reports, CCTV, and other required tools.

  • Review Agilence to identify internal theft /policy violations in stores to include cash/CC or debit returns, excessive and/or discount abuse, suspect void/price tag errors, and fraudulent returns
  • Conduct investigation research for Loss Prevention Managers to include employee purchases and returns
  • Review suspect alert patterns
  • Assist Loss Prevention Managers with report requests for information such as employee purchase details, returns and voids
  • Assist on background checks using various databases
  • Review alarm history, investigate abnormalities and suspicious transactions

Qualifications

  • Five-year-related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Exception reporting experience, preferably Agilence
  • Experience in generating internal cases based on exception reports
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and deductive reasoning skills
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

The pay range reflects the potential rate for this role. Individual base pay is determined by various factors such as relevant experience and skills, and the scope and responsibilities of the position.
