Temporary Mail Specialist

Overview:

 

Join us as a Temporary Mail Courier. The assignment is expected to last 3 to 4 months.

Support daily mail operations, scheduled courier runs and timely service across local Univest locations. 

 

Responsibilities:

HOURS: 

• Monday through Friday, 7:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., with occasional flexibility to work later as needed.

 

 

WHAT YOU WILL DO 

• Pick up and deliver mail, packages, courier bags and supplies. 
• Sort and distribute interoffice, postal and incoming mail. 
• Follow assigned local courier routes and represent Univest professionally. 
• Receive deliveries and distribute packages throughout the Operations Center. 
• Prepare outgoing letters and packages and support mail center operations. 

 

Qualifications:

WHAT YOU WILL BRING 

• A valid Pennsylvania driver’s license and good driving record. 
• Ability to meet Univest insurance requirements and drive a minivan in all weather. 
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds. 
• Strong organization, accuracy and multitasking skills. 
• Availability to work afternoons, Monday through Friday.
