We are seeking a Temporary Maintenance Technician to join our team at a 275-unit residential community in Middletown, NJ.
Duration: 2–3 weeks (Starting Monday)
Schedule:
- Monday through Friday
- 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
- 30-minute unpaid lunch
Pay:
Responsibilities:
- Complete daily resident work orders.
- Perform basic apartment maintenance and repairs.
- Respond to maintenance requests in a timely and professional manner.
- Participate in the after-hours on-call rotation during the assignment.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
Requirements:
- Previous maintenance experience preferred.
- Must be bilingual (English & Spanish).
- Valid driver's license required.
- Reliable personal vehicle required.
- Ability to work independently and provide excellent customer service.
