• Prior medical administrative experience required
• Experience with insurance verification, patient accounts, or customer service in healthcare
• Strong phone communication skills
• Experience in medical office, healthcare admin, or call center environment preferred
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to stay focused in a repetitive, task-driven role
• Comfortable working onsite full-time

Temporary Medicaid Enrollment Specialist – Position Summary

We are hiring four Temporary Medicaid Enrollment Specialists to support a Medicaid application project. This role involves high-volume outbound calls to assist clients with Medicaid enrollment through the State system. The ideal candidate is comfortable on the phone, detail-oriented, and able to follow structured processes accurately after training.

Temporary Medicaid Enrollment Specialist – Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to clients regarding Medicaid enrollment
• Assist clients through the Medicaid application process
• Follow up on missing documentation and incomplete applications
• Accurately document all client interactions
• Maintain organized and up-to-date records
• Complete tasks efficiently and in a timely manner
• Follow established training guidelines and procedures

Temporary Medicaid Enrollment Specialist – Additional Qualifications

• Healthcare or insurance call center experience is a plus
• Strong verbal communication and customer service skills
• Ability to handle repetitive tasks with consistency
• Reliable, punctual, and detail-focused
• Ability to quickly learn structured workflows
