As a Temporary Office Assistant, you'll help keep a small office running smoothly. You'll work directly with the lawyer and team to support daily legal processes and client interactions.
What You'll Do As a Temporary Office Assistant, you will be responsible for:
Answering and directing phone calls
Filing legal documents
Typing into templates for court filings, following provided directions
Assisting with walk-in client visits and light traffic in the office
Supporting legal administrative tasks as needed note: some legal background is preferred but not required, and a mature office administrator can quickly jump in
