We are seeking a professional, reliable, and welcoming Temporary Office Assistant to support a busy healthcare clinic for a one-week coverage period.
POSITION DETAILS
- Dates: Monday, July 20 – Friday, July 24, 2026
- Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Compensation: $18.00 per hour
- Employment Type: Temporary / Short-term contract
JOB DUTIES:
Patient Reception & Communication
- Greet Patients: Provide a warm, welcoming environment for everyone walking through the door.
- Intake Support: Assist new patients with filling out and completing intake forms.
- Phone & Email: Efficiently answer multi-line phone systems, respond to patient emails, and accurately relay messages between staff and patients.
Scheduling & Records Management
- Calendar Management: Manage multi-therapist calendars, ensuring optimal scheduling.
- Appointments: Book initial evaluations and follow-up appointments; seamlessly handle cancellations and reschedules.
Key Qualifications & Skills
- Experience: Experience working in a medical office or healthcare setting strictly adhering to HIPAA privacy standards
- Technical Proficiency: Strong skills using EMR systems, Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and operating standard office equipment.
