  • Perform basic QuickBooks data entry and routine clerical tracking tasks.
  • Take detailed operational notes and provide general office administrative support.
  • Maintain a highly organized front desk, handling filing, data logs, and mail.

Details for Temporary Office Assistant:

  • Pay Rate: $20.00 / hour.
  • Schedule: Monday – Friday | 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM.
  • Project Dates: June 15th through June 26th (2-week assignment).
  • Location: Olympia, WA.

Requirements for Temporary Office Assistant:

  • Prior baseline experience utilizing QuickBooks is required.
