Responsibilities and Expectations
Key Responsibilities: • Daily Operations Support • Process and complete account verifications and maintain appropriate logs • Handle deposit account related maintenance tasks • Provide backup support for additional Deposit Services as needed • Assist bank staff and customers with deposit-related questions or issues
Compliance Regulations & Internal Controls • Follow established Deposit Services policies and procedures • Adhere to internal control standards and documentation requirements • Comply with all bank policies and regulatory responsibilities, including but not limited to: • Business Ethics and Conduct • Bank Secrecy Act (BSA) • Information Security standards • Suspicious Activity Reporting (SAR) requirements
Required Skills & Education • High school diploma or equivalent required • Banking or deposit operations experience preferred • Strong interpersonal skills and professional communication with internal teams and customers • Proficiency with computer systems, especially Windows-based applications • High attention to detail, accuracy, and ability to maintain confidentiality • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a part-time schedule
