We're looking for an organized, detail-oriented Operations Support Specialist to provide temporary clerical and administrative support to our Operations team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on structure, enjoys keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes, and wants hands-on exposure to the logistics industry. You'll help our operations team stay on top of documentation, data entry, and day-to-day administrative tasks so they can focus on carrier and customer relationships.

Professional Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required
• Prior clerical, administrative, or data entry experience preferred
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks accurately
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced office environment

What You'll Do

• Enter and update load, carrier, and customer information accurately in internal systems
• Assist with filing, organizing, and maintaining operations documentation (rate confirmations, carrier packets, etc.)
• Make phone calls and emails to Carriers and Workers to gather and obtain information 
• Support the operations team with tracking outstanding paperwork/documentation and following up as needed
• Perform general administrative duties as assigned to support daily office operations

When: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
