As a Packer, youll be essential in handling core production tasks. Youll work closely with the production team to ensure products move smoothly through each stage of the process, helping to maintain efficiency and quality.
What Youll Do
As a Packer, you will be responsible for:
Performing general labor tasks including packing, layering bags, and assembling boxes
Reading and following written work orders accurately
Cross-training into additional production tasks as your skills develop
Working in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment requiring repetitive lifting, bending, and movement
