Temporary - Payroll Support

External Job Description

IEEE is seeking temporary Payroll support. This person will provide transactional payroll support to the Global Payroll department during a period of elevated workload. You will perform assigned processing tasks under the direction of the Sr. Manager, Global Payroll, in support of biweekly domestic payroll and related funding activity.

This is a temporary, non-supervisory position, working 3 days per week, in the Piscataway, NJ office. 

Key Responsibilities

•    Enter and validate payroll batches in ADP Workforce Now.

•    Process payroll-related invoice payments.

•    Prepare wire and funding requests for review and approval.

•    Update timecards in eTime on behalf of managers and employees.

•    Support gift card processing during the program wind-down.

•    Perform ad hoc payroll tasks as assigned.

Qualifications

•  5+ years payroll processing experience required.

•    Hands-on experience with ADP Workforce Now and eTime required

•    High accuracy and strict confidentiality with payroll and employee data.

•    Intermediate knowledge of Excel.
