Production Assembler/Facility Janitor

(Temporary up to 6 months)

Johanson Technology Inc. (JTI) is looking for a Production Assembler/Facility Janitor for our Camarillo, CA location.

Hourly Rate (Non- Exempt): $18.00 + $1.00 Shift Differential

Work Schedule: 11:15 p.m. – 7:15 a.m. (includes paid 30-minute meal break)

Training Schedule (up to 2 week): 6:00 a.m. – 2:30 p.m.

REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

• High School Diploma or GED required
• At least 3 months of Janitorial experience
• At least 3 months of Production Assembly
• Basic knowledge of cleaning products
• Good verbal and written communication skills

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

• Assembling components and products in a manufacturing environment (70%)
• Cleaning, maintaining, and ensuring the safety and hygiene of buildings, performing both routine cleaning and minor maintenance tasks: (30%)
  • Cleaning and sanitizing restrooms, offices, hallways, lobbies, kitchens, and public areas, including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, and polishing surfaces

• Other routine maintenance duties as assigned.

Required Education and Experience

• High school diploma or GED
• At least 3 months of Janitorial experience
• At least 3 months of Production Assembly
• Good math skills
• Good verbal and written communication skills
