Client Overview:
Our client is a growing consumer products organization focused on delivering high-quality personal care items that meet internal standards and customer expectations. They are looking to add a Temporary Quality Coordinator to their team. The Quality function supports continuous improvement through data analysis, documentation, and reporting across the business.

Salary/Hourly Rate:
$25/hr

Position Overview:
We are seeking a Temporary Quality Coordinator to support the Quality leadership team with data organization, reporting, and presentation development. This role is well-suited for someone who is highly skilled in Excel and PowerPoint and can translate complex, unstructured, or verbal information into clear, accurate, and professional reports. The hours for this role are Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM - 4:30 PM. This is a 3-6-month contract. Candidates should be available to start working asap.

Responsibilities of the Temporary Quality Coordinator:
  • Partner closely with Quality leadership to capture, organize, and document quality-related information.
  • Translate discussions, notes, and raw data into structured reports, summaries, and dashboards.
  • Create and maintain Excel reports, including data tracking, analysis, and visualizations.
  • Develop clear, professional PowerPoint presentations for internal and leadership use.
  • Assist with quality documentation, metric tracking, and organization of data repositories.
  • Support ad hoc reporting requests and special projects.
  • Ensure accuracy, consistency, and clarity across all deliverables.
Required Experience/Skills for the Temporary Quality Coordinator:
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, data organization, reporting).
  • Strong experience creating PowerPoint presentations for business or leadership audiences.
  • Excellent listening, note-taking, and information synthesis skills.
  • High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Ability to work independently and convert verbal input into written outputs.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Preferred Experience/Skills for the Temporary Quality Coordinator:
  • Exposure to Quality, compliance, or regulated environments.
  • Experience supporting leadership or cross-functional teams.
  • Familiarity with reporting, KPIs, or process documentation.
Education Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Additional coursework or training in business, analytics, or a related field is a plus.
