Temporary Receptionist

As a Receptionist in our Stroudsburg office, you will be the face of YMI to our clients. You will be the first person they hear when they call, the first person they see when they walk in, and you will be so much more than a receptionist.

If you are a high-energy team player, you will do well in this position. While you are the face of YMI, you are so much more. You will be given responsibilities that help the agency - scanning and organizing files, assisting the team as needed, etc.

YMI is one of the fastest growing insurance agencies in the area, with 25+ staff members across three offices, run by Jimi Honochick. Salary Range: $20.00 per hour

Hourly Base Salary Based on Experience

Mon-Fri Schedule

Responsibilities

Assisting customers, both in-person and on the phones

Scanning files and organizing in Agency Management System

Preparing and sorting of both outgoing and incoming mail

Receiving customers payments, posting payments & issuing receipts to customers

Daily reconciliation of payments received & posted

Shredding of confidential paperwork when bins are full

Assist agents with request for mailing/faxing forms, documents, etc.

Assist Operations Manager as needed

Performs related work as may be required

Proficient with Microsoft products including Outlook, Excel, and Teams. A great attitude, willingness to learn and grow, and curiosity. If you have those things, you can go far here at YMI!
