Key Responsibilities (What You Are Doing)

• Develop recipes in accordance with Delish best practices, ensuring consistency, quality, and audience appeal.
• Assist food stylists during photo and video shoots to help execute recipes and prepare sets for production.
• Prepare ingredients, organize materials, and support efficient recipe testing and production workflows.
• Follow established recipe development standards to ensure accuracy, clarity, and repeatability.
• Collaborate with editorial, culinary, and production teams to meet project deadlines.
• Maintain an organized, clean, and food-safe workspace throughout recipe testing and shoot preparation.
• Support multiple assignments simultaneously while adapting to changing priorities as needed.

Qualifications (What We''re Looking For)

• Approximately 2+ years of experience in recipe development, test kitchens, food media, or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience preparing recipes for editorial, digital, or consumer-facing audiences is preferred.
• Strong culinary skills with attention to detail and recipe accuracy.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Comfortable supporting both recipe development and food styling/photo or video production.
• This is a remote position.

The hourly rate for this role is $30.00/hour. This position is not eligible for bonus or commission compensation. Actual compensation will be determined based on experience, skills, qualifications, and location.
